How to Enable Payments

Connect your Stripe account to start receiving tips from your audience directly through your hoo.be page.

How to Connect Stripe

Steps:

1. Log in to your hoo.be account at hoo.be/login

2. Click Account in the left-hand sidebar

3. Select Payments

4. Click Connect Stripe Account

5. Follow the prompts to connect an existing Stripe account or create a new one

Once connected, your account is enabled to receive tips.

How to Add a Tips Block to Your Page

Steps:

1. Go to My Pages and click the page you want to edit

2. Click + Add Content

3. Select Tips

4. Customize the title, tip amounts, button, and styles

5. Click Done

How Payouts Work

• Tips are held for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout (fraud protection)

• Payouts are managed directly through your Stripe Dashboard

• The platform fee on tips varies by plan
