How to Manage Your Subscription Settings

Manage Your hoo.be Plan and Billing

Steps:

  1. Log in to your hoo.be account at hoo.be/login

  2. Click Account in the left-hand sidebar

  3. Select Subscription

From here you can see your current plan, billing period (monthly or yearly), and subscription status.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

Steps:

  1. Go to Account → Subscription

  2. Select the plan you want to switch to

  3. Confirm the change

You can also toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing from the same screen.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Steps:

  1. Go to Account → Subscription

  2. Click Manage Billing

  3. Follow the prompts to cancel

Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you change your mind, you can click Restore Subscription before the cancellation date to keep your plan.

How to Update Billing Details

Steps:

  1. Go to Account → Subscription

  2. Click Manage Billing

  3. Update your payment method, billing details, or view past invoices via Stripe
