How to Manage Your Subscription Settings

You can manage your hoo.be subscription at any time from your account settings. This includes viewing your current plan, changing plans, updating billing details, and canceling your subscription.

Accessing Your Subscription Settings

  1. Go to Account

  2. Click Subscription

From here, you’ll see:

  • Your current plan

  • Your billing period (monthly or yearly)

  • Your next billing date

  • Your subscription status


Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan

From the Subscription page, you can:

  • Upgrade to a higher plan

  • Downgrade to a lower plan

  • Switch between monthly and yearly billing

Simply select the plan or billing option you want, and confirm the change. Any updates will be reflected immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle, depending on the change.


Cancel Your Subscription

If you’d like to cancel:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription page

  2. Click Cancel Subscription

  3. Confirm your cancellation

Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.


Manage Billing & Payment Details

To update your payment information:

  1. From Account > Subscription, click Manage Billing

  2. You’ll be taken to Stripe to securely update:

    • Payment method

    • Billing details

    • Invoices and receipts
