How to Add Team Members to Your Agency

Invite and Manage Team Members in Your Agency Dashboard

Team members are people who have access to your agency dashboard. You can invite new members, view pending invitations, and remove access from the Settings page.

How to Invite a Team Member

Steps:

  1. Click Settings in the agency sidebar

  2. Select the Members tab

  3. Click + Invite Member

  4. Enter their email address and send the invitation

Pending invitations appear under the Invited tab. Active members appear under the Active tab.

How to Manage an Existing Member

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Members

  2. Find the member in the Active list

  3. Click the pencil icon to edit their role, or the X to remove them

Important Considerations

  • The number of team members you can have depends on your agency plan — see Settings → Subscription for your current limits
