Add and Manage Creators in Your Agency Dashboard

The Creators tab in your agency dashboard shows all profiles in your agency. You can toggle between Active and Invited creators, and search across all profiles.

How to Add a Creator

Steps:

1. Click Creators in the agency sidebar

2. Click + Add Creator

3. Choose one of the following:

   • Create new — create a brand new hoo.be profile

   • Invite existing — invite an existing hoo.be profile to join your agency

4. Click Continue and follow the prompts

How to Edit a Creator's Page

Steps:

1. Click Edit Pages in the agency sidebar

2. Use the profile switcher at the top to select the creator you want to edit

3. Make changes directly in their page editor

4. Click Save

How to Organize Creators with Rosters

Rosters let you group creators for easier management and filtering.

Steps:

1. Click Rosters in the agency sidebar

2. Click + Create Roster

3. Name the roster and add creators to it

Rosters show the creator count and date created, and can be searched from the Rosters page.
