Add Social Icons to Your hoo.be Page

Note: Customization options (colors, shape, location) are available on Pro and Premium plans only.

Social icons let you display clickable links to your social platforms so your audience can easily follow you everywhere. You can add icons for 50+ platforms, reorder them, and customize their appearance to match your page. This keeps your main links focused on content, products, or campaigns, while still giving your audience quick access to your socials.

💡 Tip: If growing your following is a priority, place your social icons near the top of your page. If you want to keep the focus on links or promotions, move them lower.

How to Add a Social Icon

Steps:

1. Log in to your hoo.be account at hoo.be/login

2. Go to My Pages and click the page you want to edit

3. Click on the Social Icons row on your page

4. Click Add Link

5. Search for a platform by name, or paste your profile URL or handle directly into the search bar

6. Select the platform and confirm your link

7. Click Done to save

How to Reorder Your Social Icons

Steps:

1. Click on the Social Icons row on your page

2. In the Social Links tab, click and drag the handle (⠿) next to any icon

3. Drop it into your preferred position

4. Changes save automatically

How to Customize Your Social Icons

Available on: Pro, Premium

Steps:

1. Click on the Social Icons row on your page

2. Select the Customize tab

3. Choose from the following options:

   • Colors — update the icon color to match your brand

   • Shape — change the icon shape (circle, square, diamond)

   • Location — set whether icons appear at the top or bottom of your page

Should I Add My Socials as Links Too?

In some cases, yes. Links typically receive more clicks than icons. If one platform is especially important (for example, TikTok or YouTube), consider adding it as both a social icon and a link block with a clear title. You can also embed content like TikTok or YouTube videos to make your page more engaging.

Can I add multiple accounts for the same platform? You can add one social icon per platform. If you have multiple accounts, add the additional ones as regular links with clear titles.
